B&B PRICES
Bed & Full English Breakfast is from £35 – £60 pppn, subject to room
type, occupancy, length of stay and season.
Children under 11 years ½ price when sharing with 2 adults. As we have no
single rooms a single supplement will apply.
Credit
card details or a cheque deposit is required to secure booking. Cancellation
within 14 days will result in deduction of 2/3rds the total cost if we cannot
re-let. This cost shall be taken from your credit card unless another method
is agreed.

2010 prices for Self Catering
Prices for all two bedroomed apartments between £350 low season and £850 high season.
The whole nine bedroomed house is available to let on a self catering basis for house parties, small business meetings, sporting events and other functions from £3,000 per week.

Accommodation booked for between 5-7 days will be charged at the full rate. Bookings of 4 nights or less may be charged at 2/3rds the price or less depending on season.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% secures the booking, after which the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday. Cancellation within 8 weeks will be charged at the full rate if we cannot re-let.
Cancellation insurance is recommended.
